Arrival in the Netherlands
During office hours
To gain access to your rental property during office hours, you must schedule an appointment with our manager. On your day of arrival, after verifying your ID and rental contract, the manager will go through the house with you, tell you what is and is not allowed in the house and hand you the keys.
You can schedule your appointment by sending us an email or calling us on + 31 71 514 17 66
Bring a valid ID (a passport or ID card) and make sure your contract is signed and the bill has been paid.
Outside office hours
If you arrive outside opening hours or at the weekend or on a public holiday, an appointment must be made for key collection via our security service, Huschka. Let us know in time so we can prepare you for what to do. Call us on + 31 71 514 17 66. By appointment with Huschka, the door will be opened for you upon presentation of your passport or ID card and the signed contract. Your key can be found in the kitchen drawer of your home.
