Maintenance and the service agreement

SHWJ as landlord and you as tenant have the obligation to properly maintain your housing. The law regulates who is responsible for what. Many of your obligations as a tenant are simply redeemed for a small amount per month through the Service agreement with SHWJ, for which you pay in the service costs.

In the maintenance overview (opens a pdf -file in a new tab) you can see which items are covered by the service agreement, and for which items you are responsible for as a tenant.

In the rent amount a service agreement is included by default.
